Role Overview:
An HR Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals. They oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, they manage compensation and benefits while fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager also monitors HR metrics and handles HRIS to maintain data integrity. Their role is crucial in promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Deliverables:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, including setting performance standards and providing feedback
Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance related to company policies and procedures.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment, including overseeing workplace safety programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and problem-solving skill
