Role Overview



We are looking for a versatile and experienced

HR Manager

to oversee all aspects of Human Resources. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and will manage the entire employee lifecycle--from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities



End-to-End Recruitment:

Managing the hiring process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling the onboarding of new hires.

Policy Management:

Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Payroll & Benefits:

Overseeing monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and managing employee benefits/insurance.

Employee Engagement:

Organizing activities to maintain high morale and building a positive company culture.

Performance Management:

Driving the appraisal process, setting KPIs, and handling promotions or grievances.

Admin & Compliance:

Managing office administration and ensuring all legal and statutory filings are up to date.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
