Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
Managing the hiring process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling the onboarding of new hires.
Policy Management:
Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Payroll & Benefits:
Overseeing monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and managing employee benefits/insurance.
Employee Engagement:
Organizing activities to maintain high morale and building a positive company culture.
Performance Management:
Driving the appraisal process, setting KPIs, and handling promotions or grievances.
Admin & Compliance:
Managing office administration and ensuring all legal and statutory filings are up to date.
