Job Description

Role Overview



The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete

HR lifecycle

, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role will support business growth by ensuring effective people management and a positive workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, project, and site roles. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle



Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports. Manage attendance, leave management, and HR systems. Oversee payroll coordination with finance and external vendors.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement



Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Support goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans. Drive employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and grievance handling. Promote a positive and productive work culture.

Compliance & Policy Management



Ensure compliance with

labour laws, statutory requirements

, and company policies. Handle statutory filings related to

PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and labour licenses

. Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

Training & Development



Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs. Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.

HR Strategy & Management Reporting



Partner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for senior management. Support organizational development and manpower planning.

Qualification & Experience



MBA / PGDM in HR

or equivalent qualification.

5-10 years

of HR experience, preferably in

real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors

. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
