The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational culture. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business goals while ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Ensure quality hiring, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Build a healthy work culture and improve employee engagement.
Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions professionally.
3. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
Track productivity and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
5. Payroll & Compensation Support
Coordinate with payroll teams for timely salary processing.
Manage attendance, leave records, incentives, and benefits.
Assist management in compensation structuring and revisions.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and plan learning programs.
Conduct induction and soft-skill training sessions.
Support leadership development initiatives.
7. HR Strategy & Reporting
Align HR strategies with business objectives.
Prepare HR MIS, monthly reports, attrition analysis, and insights.
Support management in organizational planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

of HR experience (including managerial exposure)
Experience in fast-growing or sales-driven organizations preferred
