We are looking for a Senior HR Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle all HR functions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the HR team.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Oversee performance management and employee evaluations.
Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances.
Develop training and development programs.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Improve HR processes and maintain accurate HR records.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Ability to lead a team and work independently.
