Key Responsibilities



Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration. Drive performance appraisal cycles (KPI/KRA-based). Promote a healthy work culture through engagement activities. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs. Work with management to create learning & development frameworks.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR preferred.

Experience



4-8 years of HR experience

Pay: ?16,658.68 - ?60,274.22 per month
