Roles and Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues. Promote a positive and inclusive company culture. Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent disciplinary practices. Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers in goal-setting and feedback delivery. Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary. Analyze performance trends to guide workforce development. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company standards. Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

Skills:



Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Qualifiation:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
