Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Manage employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and conflict resolution. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs. Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and collaboration.

3. Performance Management



Oversee performance review cycles and goal-setting processes. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.

4. Learning & Development



Identify training needs and organize development programs. Support career progression initiatives and succession planning.

5. HR Operations



HR policies, and company standards. Manage HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Update and implement HR policies and procedures.

6. Strategic HR Initiatives



Contribute to HR strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives. Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systems . Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
