We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our fast-growing fashion brand. The role involves managing talent acquisition, employee life cycle, culture building, and HR compliance aligned with the creative and fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, design teams, and corporate functions
Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices across the organization
Handle onboarding, training, and performance management systems
Strengthen company culture and employee engagement activities
Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems with accuracy
Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment
Identify talent needs and workforce planning for business expansion
Support leadership in developing compensation structures and increments
Organize learning & development initiatives for store and corporate employees
Skills & Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in hiring for Fashion/Retail is a big plus
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving, creative environment
Knowledge of labor laws and industry-specific compliance
