Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Accurately calculate employee wages, deductions, and taxes. Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and salary updates. Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries through direct deposit or other methods.

Compliance and Regulations:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Prepare and file payroll-related tax returns and reports.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including employee information, time records, and payroll transactions. Ensure the confidentiality of payroll data.

Benefits Administration:

Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as a point of contact for employees with payroll-related questions and concerns. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Other Duties:

Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data. Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations. Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies. Participate in HR projects related to payroll and compensation.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
