We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit.
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.
Oversee training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
4-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
