Collaborate with plant HR teams to ensure policy uniformity and compliance.
Manage recruitment for corporate functions and senior positions across the company.
Coordinate with plant HR for manpower planning and hiring needs.
Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Drive company-wide performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development programs across departments.
Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.
Oversee payroll processing, leave & attendance systems at the corporate level.
Ensure statutory compliance in coordination with plant HR teams (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Handle HR audits and internal documentation.
Plan and execute engagement initiatives, internal communications, and employee recognition programs.
Support leadership in building a high-performance and inclusive work culture.
Act as an escalation point for HR-related issues from various departments or locations.
Supervise and support HR executives/managers deployed at various plants.
Standardize HR reporting and compliance formats across locations.
Ensure timely reporting, grievance redressal, and policy execution from plant HRs.
