The job involves working with the HR Manager of the company & taking care of HR operations while managing entire employee lifecycle functions from entry to exit. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Active involvement in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, certifications & experience that align with the required position
Scheduling interviews & follow ups - up to closure of selected candidates
Assisting in on & off campus recruitment activities
Joining formalities, On-boarding, Documentation & Verification
Effective management of employee relations & grievances
Attendance & Leave Management
Maintaining HR records, Exit Formalities
Suggesting new ideas for employee engagement
Desired Candidate Profile:
Familiar with job portals like naukri, monster, indeed etc.
Attention to detail, logical reasoning
Sound Working knowledge of MS Office
Good Written/ Verbal Communication, Interpersonal and People Management skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks
Remuneration:
As per industry standards (To be discussed individually with selected candidates)
