Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training & development, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment. Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives (surveys, recognition programs, team-building activities).

3. Performance Management



Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers. Support career development, succession planning, and employee growth. Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

4. Compensation & Benefits



Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures. Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary benchmarks. Manage leave policies, insurance, and other employee benefits.

5. Compliance & HR Policies



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR documentation. Handle workplace safety, diversity & inclusion, and legal reporting requirements.

6. HR Administration & Systems



Maintain accurate HR records and databases (attendance, leave, payroll). Implement HR software for efficient workforce management. Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).

Experience:

5 years of HR management experience.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS. Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
