HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Hire new staff as per the hotel requirement to ensure smooth functioning of hotel
Operations as per the Hotel SOP from Grooming and Dress code.
Oversees the daily workflow of all departments.
Maintain employee payroll and keep record of statutory compliances and keep record of the employee attendance
Evaluate the training needs of employees & hotel and conduct desired training programs.
Maintain and update staff details in HRIS, Train the staff according to hotel policies and rules
Ensure that staff is following the hotel policies and rules
Resolve job related issues and queries of staff on day to day basis
Plan out appraisals and performance management strategies. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Maintain and promote a positive working environment
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company
Policy.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors degree with Post Graduation in Human Resources.
A minimum of 10- 15 years of human resource management experience specially
From hotel industry.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
