Job Description

To look after the function of the HR department in his absence. To assist the Genral Manager in reviewing the manpower requirements of the Hotel in consultation with the departmental heads, and also to assist/ participate in the recruitment and selection of employees. To complete the joining formalities of newly joined employee including opening Bank Account, Provident Fund, ESI Forms. Medical & Vaccination. To ensure that all personnel files are up-to-date as Per Fortune FOP. To review the working conditions of all employees in the Hotel with emphasis on safety, sanitation, ventilation and light, and suggest improvements whenever necessary To administer employee state insurance (ESI) and Provident fund (PF) and to liaison with Local ESI , PF and Labour Office. To co-ordinate with the chef for the staff cafeteria to ensure the availability of nutritious and tasty food at a reasonable cost. To maintain an effective system of attendance and leave record in the organisation, and ensure that the Salary statements are sent to the accounts department. To ensure that staff receive timely and proper medical attention and visit employees who are sick. To visit the residence of the employees as a representative of the management on auspicious as well as unhappy occasions. To supervise the transport facilities for the staff who are entitled to it as per the company policy. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues Conducting employee engagement activity & Townhall Meet in Month. To have thorough knowledge of labour legislation including latest amendments, especially those affecting the working of the Hotel directly . Generate the Offer & Appointment letter of new candidate. Taking Exit Interview & FNF Settlement.
