HR Manager (Hotel / Hospitality experience)

We are looking for a Hotel HR Manager who can recruits, hires, and trains staff, manages employee relations, compensation, benefits, and ensures compliance with labor laws to maintain a positive work environment and align staffing with hotel needs. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, policy implementation, and overseeing payroll and employee records. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, combined with hospitality industry experience and a relevant degree, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Designing hiring plans, posting jobs, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Serving as a point of contact for staff queries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Managing employee compensation plans, benefits administration, and performance-based rewards.

Training & Development:

Coordinating training programs to enhance staff skills, such as customer service, and implementing employee development plans.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws and hotel policies, managing employee records (including visas), and maintaining health and safety regulations.

Performance Management:

Supporting the performance appraisal process, tracking turnover rates, and implementing employee retention strategies.

Operational Support:

Collaborating with management on staffing needs, overseeing attendance and schedules, and controlling HR-related budgets.

Qualification: MBA-HRM

Experience: 8-10 Years in Hotel or Hospital Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
