HR Executive/HR Manager

to manage and enhance our human resources function, ensuring a positive workplace culture and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles. Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive workplace environment aligned with company values. Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Plan employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Manage payroll inputs, leave, and attendance systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and statutory requirements.

Performance Management

Assist in setting up performance appraisal systems. Track and evaluate employee performance. Support managers in performance improvement plans.

Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning & development initiatives. Conduct HR workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR (for Executive role) / 3-6 years (for HR Manager role). Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
