Hr Manager (hospitality)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff across departments

- Ensure proper onboarding, induction, and training for new hires

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation

- Implement HR policies in compliance with labour laws and hospitality standards

- Plan and conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement activities

- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)

- Promote a positive work environment and ensure staff welfare

Requirements:



- Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Knowledge of hospitality HR operations and statutory compliances

- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,144.65 - ₹50,941.48 per month

Work Location: In person
