Recruitment + Operation Experience Required
- Put the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s talent and human resources strategy into action
- Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
- Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for specialised, and expert positions
- Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
- Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality .
- Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
