Human Resource Manager - Hospitality
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry to manage and streamline all HR functions. The role requires expertise in statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, gratuity, labor laws, and payroll management, ensuring timely filings and complete adherence to legal requirements.
The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development to build a skilled and motivated workforce. The role also includes implementing performance management systems, handling employee grievances, and fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities include maintaining HR records, preparing reports for management, managing employee engagement initiatives, and creating policies that align with organizational goals. The candidate should be well-versed in HRMS tools, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
