Looking for experienced candidates MBA in HR as HR Manager in a 150+ bedded Corporate NABH accredited Hospital. Duties:-

As a Head - HR, you will be responsible for owning the evaluation and maintenance of HR systems.
Developing, implementing and maintaining performance management and talent review processes.
Acting with the employee experience top of mind, continuously seeking feedback, inefficiencies, and maintaining employees relationships on department level. Resolving employee relations issues; providing coaching and counseling to staff.
Managing employees\' grievances
Owning overall hiring process and scale to match organization growth.
Other HR related duties assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Outstanding communication skills, specifically in written form and presentation and public speaking skills.
At least 5+ years of experience
Good problem solving skills
