Required Skill Set: 1. Good verbal and written communication. 2. Good knowledge of excel. 3. Timeliness and adherence to deadlines. 4. Customer service orientation 5. Good coordination- to play a pivotal role between Line Managers (mentors), applicant/ employee. 6. Data interpretation and analytical abilities 7. Good eye for detail The HRBP will handle generalist responsibilities including on boarding of new employees, employee relations, training and development, performance talent management, recruitment oversight, people metrics/reporting, partnering with line management on HR and business needs and special projects.
