Position: HR + Data Entry (Dispatch Support)

Department: HR / Dispatch

Location: Greater Noida - Site-5, Kasna (Factory)

Key Responsibilities

HR & Compliance Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR files

Do daily HR operations and coordination

Handle CSR audit-related documentation and coordination

Support in company compliance activities and maintaining required records

Handle labour department issues, inspections, and documentation

Assist in basic legal work related to factory operations (paperwork, follow-ups, compliance support)

Dispatch & Data Entry Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry of dispatch details and related documents

Prepare dispatch-related documents (invoice, delivery challan, gate pass, etc.)

Coordinate with internal departments for dispatch processes

Maintain Excel reports and general computer work

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1-5 years

Skills: MS Excel, data entry accuracy, communication, compliance support, documentation handling

Languages: Hindi; English fluency preferred
