Explain job roles, company profile, and benefits to interested candidates.
Schedule interviews and follow up regularly.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment pipeline.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
Conduct employee inductions and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
3. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and promote healthy work culture.
Conduct team engagement activities and satisfaction surveys.
4. Performance & Attendance Management
Track attendance, leave, and performance KPIs.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
Identify training needs and arrange skill development programs.
7. HR Strategy & Reporting
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis for management.
Contribute to HR policies and culture-building initiatives.
Required Skills
Excellent

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
