Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies
Payroll & Attendance
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, leaves, and attendance
Address employee queries regarding salary and deductions
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding, induction, exit formalities, and documentation
Maintain and update employee records accurately
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Coordinate with departments to fulfill hiring needs
Manage sourcing, interviews, and offer roll-outs
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize engagement activities and ensure a healthy work culture
Handle grievances and disciplinary actions when needed
Performance Management
Support appraisal processes and track performance metrics
Promote a performance-driven culture
Working Expectations:
Standard schedule is 6 days/week (26 days/month); candidate must be flexible to work 7 days during high workload or urgent situations, with total monthly working days adjusted to remain within 26.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong experience in end-to-end HR management within a
manufacturing or industrial setup
Good command over labor laws, statutory regulations, and factory HR operations
Proficiency in Excel, payroll software, and HRMS
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
