Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Factory Law & Hiring)



Strategic HR Management:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and culture.

Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Performance Management:

Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Employee Engagement:

Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and well-being.

HR Analytics:

Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting for management insights.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor the HR team and foster a culture of learning and growth.

Organizational Development:

Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Compensation & Benefits:

Manage compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with finance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
