Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management effectively.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital/healthcare regulations, and company policies.
Support management in manpower planning and workforce development.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance for career growth.
Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, and HR-related data in an organized manner.
Key Requirements:
6 - 7 years of proven experience as an
HR Manager/HR Lead
, preferably in a
hospital or healthcare setup
.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HR software tools and MS Office applications.
Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and professionalism.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
