Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric

HR professional

to manage end-to-end human resource functions in a fast-growing media company. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, performance management, and ensuring a healthy, creative, and disciplined work culture aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Handle end-to-end recruitment for creative, technical, marketing, sales, and corporate roles. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Manage interviews, offers, negotiations, and joining formalities. Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Compliance



Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

3. Performance Management



Implement performance appraisal systems, KRAs, and goal-setting frameworks. Coordinate mid-year and annual performance reviews. Support management in promotions, increments, and role transitions.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture



Build a positive, creative, and collaborative workplace culture. Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

5. Learning & Development



Identify training and skill development needs across departments. Coordinate internal and external training sessions. Support leadership development and succession planning.

6. Administration & Coordination



Coordinate with Admin, Finance, and Management for smooth day-to-day operations. Manage HR-related vendor coordination (recruitment partners, trainers, consultants).

7. Strategic HR Support



Provide HR insights to management for manpower planning and organizational growth. Support restructuring, expansion, and new vertical setups.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of HR practices in media, digital, or creative industries (preferred). Ability to manage multiple roles and fast-moving teams. Problem-solving and conflict management skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field. 2-5 years of HR experience (Media / OTT / Digital company experience is a plus).
