Job Description

Create and implement HR policies and processes suitable for our growing company Plan and lead recruitment across departments and locations Design KRAs, roles, and appraisal systems for each department Supervise HR Executive and coordinate with all department heads Maintain employee records, joining and exit processes Organize employee engagement, training, and internal communication Ensure discipline, punctuality, and culture building in the team Prepare monthly HR reports and submit to directors Support management in future branch hiring and planning Strong organisational and planning abilities 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience Female Candidate Required

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
