Manage end-to-end HR operations for Group companies (~200 employees)
Lead recruitment & manpower planning for IT, corporate, operations & hotel staff
Handle joining, onboarding, confirmation & exit processes
Oversee attendance, leave, shift & roster management (especially for hotel staff)
Coordinate and control payroll, salary structure & incentives
Ensure statutory & labour law compliance - PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, labour acts
Draft, implement & monitor HR policies, SOPs, appointment letters & contracts
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal & disciplinary actions
Manage performance appraisal & KRA/KPI frameworks
Maintain HR MIS, employee database & reporting to management
Support management during audits, inspections & compliance reviews
Drive employee engagement, retention & training initiatives
Act as a single-point HR for the entire Group
Eligibility / Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
4-8 years of HR experience (Group / Multi-industry exposure preferred)
Hands-on experience in IT & hospitality HR will be a strong advantage
Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws & payroll processes
Ability to independently manage large workforce & multiple locations
Good communication, documentation & leadership skills
