Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused
HR Manager
to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance while contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for accounting, bookkeeping, and support roles
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities
Design and manage structured onboarding and induction processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
2. Performance Management
Support goal setting and performance review processes
Assist management with appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms
Track attendance, productivity, and employee performance data
3. Payroll & HR Operations
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team
Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
Support bonus, increment, and payroll-related documentation
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Address grievances and ensure smooth internal communication
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations
Promote a positive, respectful, and professional work environment
5. HR Policies & Compliance
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
Manage disciplinary actions and exit formalities
Maintain confidentiality and ethical HR practices
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Support skill development and internal training programs
7. HR Reporting
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management
Track hiring, attrition, attendance, and engagement metrics
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of relevant HR experience
Sound knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws
Experience in a service-based or professional office environment preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
