HR Executive -
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for all companies Vacant Positions.
2. Create job postings and manage them on various Social Media platforms as well on all Job Portals.
3. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and Director of the Company.
5. Maintain candidate database ( Candidate Tracking Sheet ) and recruitment tracking reports that is Interview Tracking Sheet.
6. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and basic assessments.
7. Assist in onboarding new employees and completing joining formalities.
8. Maintain good communication and follow-up with candidates.
9. Support HR admin or HR Policy related tasks whenever required.
10. Ensure smooth and timely hiring to meet company needs.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
