Key Responsibilities
1. Core HR Operations & Payroll
End-to-end administration of
Keka HRMS
(Attendance, Leave, Biometric sync)
Audit and ensure
zero-error payroll
(LOP, TDS, final payouts)
Handle
PF, ESIC, PT, TDS compliance
and audit-ready documentation
Oversee
exit management
and timely Full & Final settlements
Act as the final escalation point for payroll and HR grievances
2. Strategic Talent Acquisition
Lead
technical hiring
(Python, DevOps, Frontend & Backend Engineers)
Optimize recruitment workflows using
Keka ATS
Collaborate with leadership on
manpower planning & hiring budgets
3. Performance & Talent Development
Manage
Performance Management System (PMS)
on Keka
Drive objective KRAs and bias-free appraisal cycles
Identify skill gaps and organize
L&D programs and technical training
4. HR Analytics & Budgeting
Generate and analyze
HR dashboards & reports
(attrition, headcount, hiring cost)
Plan and monitor
annual HR budgets
5. Employee Relations & Employer Branding
Design and execute
employee engagement & cultural initiatives
Strengthen employer branding on
LinkedIn & Glassdoor
