The HR Operations Manager will lead and manage end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, HR systems management, and employee lifecycle operations. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and compliance expertise.
Key Responsibilities
oOversee complete HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities
oManage payroll processing in coordination with finance and external vendors
oEnsure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment Act
oMaintain and audit HRMS and employee master data for accuracy
oDesign, implement, and improve HR operational policies and SOPs
oHandle employee relations and resolve HR operational queries
oManage performance management cycle and appraisal documentation
oPrepare HR MIS reports related to attendance, attrition, and compliance
oSupport internal and external audits
oLead and mentor junior HR operations team members
oCoordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
