Recruitment & Selection:
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for our growing India team.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate end-to-end hiring processes.
Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to position the company as an 'Employer of Choice,' leveraging social media, career portals, and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline.
Induction & Onboarding:
Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs for new hires.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience to integrate employees into company culture.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps through systematic analysis and implement targeted training programs.
Architect a future-ready learning ecosystem by spearheading specialized training programs in AI/ML and disruptive technologies, ensuring the workforce remains at the forefront of industry trends
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Performance Management:
Build and implement performance tracking systems to monitor individual and team contributions.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
Identify and promote star performers while addressing areas for improvement.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Develop employee engagement programs to boost morale and satisfaction.
Address employee concerns proactively to maintain a high-retention culture.
Payroll & Compliance Management:
Manage end-to-end payroll operations.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Regularly update HR policies and procedures in line with corporate standards.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Generate and analyze HR reports for data-driven decision-making.
Track metrics such as retention rates, training ROI, and recruitment success rates.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
Align HR functions with organizational goals and the company's mission.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic HR projects.
Key Deliverables:
1. Recruitment Deliverables:
Fill all open positions within predefined timelines.
Maintain a cost-effective and efficient recruitment process.
2. Performance Tracking:
Implement a performance tracking system within the first 90 days.
Provide actionable performance insights quarterly.
3. Training Metrics:
Conduct skill gap analysis for the workforce within the first 180 days.
Achieve a 90% completion rate for training programs annually.
4. Employee Engagement:
Achieve a minimum of 85% satisfaction score in annual engagement surveys.
Develop a clear career path for at least 50% of the workforce.
Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in recruitment, training, business partnering, and performance management.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
