Key Responsibilities



Lead the

overall HR strategy, legal compliance, and organizational development

across all InsideFPV facilities and projects. Design and implement

HR policies, frameworks, and culture-building initiatives

aligned with company growth and defence-sector regulations. Oversee

talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and leadership development

to build a high-performing workforce. Supervise

payroll, performance management, ESIC/PF filings, and statutory registers

under the Factories Act and allied laws. Drive

employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs

, ensuring a motivated and compliant workplace environment. Draft, review, and finalize all employment-related legal documentation, including Appointment Letters, Employment

Contracts

, and Termination Notices. Prepare and manage confidential documents such as

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

and Non-Compete Clauses. Ensure the employee handbook and all HR policies are updated in line with current legal requirements. Ensure

100% statutory compliance

with labour, employment, and industrial relations laws (Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, POSH Act, etc.). Maintain and update all statutory registers, records, and abstract displays as required by law. Liaise with

external legal counsel

and government authorities on matters related to company law, labour disputes, and contract enforcement. Conduct

internal HR and legal audits

, ensuring all documentation (Form-D, Form-II, muster-cum-wages, etc.) is up-to-date. Provide legal guidance on

company policies, disciplinary actions, and intellectual property (IP) protection

. Partner with senior management to align HR goals with business objectives, manpower planning, and expansion strategies. Prepare and present

monthly HR & Legal MIS

reports to management, highlighting hiring progress, compliance status, and key policy actions. Assist the Legal department (if applicable) in preparing documentation for labor disputes, litigation, or regulatory reporting. Handle and document disciplinary actions, grievances, and separation processes in strict adherence to legal procedure.

Qualifications:



Master's degree in

Human Resources Management, Labour Law, or Business Administration (MBA/PGDM)

. Minimum

3-4 years of experience

in HR leadership roles, with strong exposure to

manufacturing, defence-tech, or deep-tech startups

. In-depth knowledge of

Indian labour laws, DAP compliance norms, and company legal frameworks

. Proven track record in

HR transformation, policy design, and cross-functional team leadership

. Excellent command over

legal drafting, documentation, and contract negotiation

. Proficiency in

HRMS tools, MS Office

, and digital document management systems.
