We are looking for an HR Manager who can build strong people systems while supporting rapid growth.Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a hands-on professional who can build HR processes from scratch and scale them as the company grows.Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
Coordinate with founders and team leads on hiring plans
Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires
HR Operations & Policies
Design and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Handle probation, confirmations, exits, and documentation
Performance & Growth
Implement performance review cycles and appraisal processes
Work with managers on goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans
Support employee career development and internal mobility
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement initiatives, town halls, and feedback systems
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
Strengthen company culture aligned with leadership vision
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs
Support onboarding, mentorship, and upskilling initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in tech or startup environments
Strong knowledge of HR operations, hiring, and labor compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience building HR processes from scratch is a strong plus
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Experience
Experience in AI, IT services, or SaaS companies
Exposure to fast-scaling startups
Familiarity with HR tools (ATS, payroll, HRMS)
