Key Responsibilities include:



Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring needs, screen candidates, handle offers and onboarding.
Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain attendance logs and manage leave records for payroll processing.
Performance & Culture: Assist in KPIs tracking, reviews, employee recognition, and morale surveys.
HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain employee files, update contracts, and assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC).
Engagement & Retention: Organize employee activities, training sessions, and confidentially address employee concerns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Education:

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

Payroll: 2 years (Preferred) Budget Preparation: 2 years (Preferred) labour laws: 2 years (Preferred) Compliance management: 2 years (Preferred) Administration: 2 years (Preferred) Preparation & review of monthly Payroll: 2 years (Preferred) Recruitment and Retention: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
