We are looking for an experienced and people-centric
HR Manager
who can handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment strategy, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be confident, organised, and capable of independently managing the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes
Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee development
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters
Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support management with HR insights
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in HR (preferably in corporate/service industry)
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
Personal laptop/device is mandatory

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
