Job Summary
The HR Manager at
Mirrikh Infratech Private Limited
will be responsible for building and managing a strong human capital foundation aligned with the company's growth in real estate and infrastructure development. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and organizational culture.
Design and execute hiring strategies for corporate, site, sales, and project teams
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, onboarding)
Build a strong employer brand in the real estate and infrastructure sector
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
2. HR Operations & Policies
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMIS
Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
Ensure smooth HR operations across corporate office and project sites
3. Compliance & Statutory Management
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, CLRA, Payment of Wages, Gratuity, etc.)
Liaise with consultants, auditors, and government authorities
Maintain statutory registers, returns, and audit readiness
4. Performance Management & Compensation
Design and manage appraisal and performance management systems
Support leadership in goal setting, KPIs, and reviews
Assist in compensation structuring, increments, and incentive plans
Conduct salary benchmarking for real estate and construction roles
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
Promote a high-performance, ethical, and disciplined work culture
Address employee grievances and ensure conflict resolution
Design employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
Drive alignment with company values and leadership vision
6. Learning & Development
Identify training needs across levels (sales, site, technical, corporate)
Organize internal and external training programs
Support leadership development and succession planning
7. Leadership Support & Strategic HR
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management
Provide HR insights for organizational restructuring and expansion
Support change management initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and ethical HR governance
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
Experience in real estate / construction / infrastructure sector
Leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multi-location and site-based workforce
High integrity, maturity, and discretion
Educational Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
Law background or labor law certification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
