The HR Manager is responsible for managing the complete human resource function of the organization. The role includes planning and executing recruitment strategies, workforce planning, employee onboarding, training and development. The HR Manager oversees payroll, attendance, leave management and ensures compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. The position involves handling employee relations, performance management systems, disciplinary actions and grievance resolution. The HR Manager also develops and implements HR policies, maintains HR records, supports management in decision-making and builds a positive work culture aligned with organizational goals.
