Job Description

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Managing the entire recruitment process and strategy of company, proven efficiency and talent for sourcing the right candidates as per company requirements and business needs. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal Provide insights on ground level business challenges and implementation support for establishing organization structure and manpower plan that caters to business needs Implement talent management processes at the business/functional level to ensure continuous identification and development of high-potential talent Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance. Preparation of salary statement, Invoice for contract Labour Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees Interacting with employees on regular basis Assist in performance management processes Admin work - Ensuring renewal date of contracts, policies, licenses associated with company establishments. Performs other duties as assigned To maintain statutory compliances and its Due date - PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Factory Act Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis Manage critical employee and HR management aspects such as communications, employee exit, personal data, and grievance redressal to facilitate healthy/harmonious climate within the organization HR Administration - Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track ofemployees' attendance / absenteeism and report to Management, Preparation of Full & Final settelement Preparation of Yearly & Monthly Training Calender based on the Training Need Identification, Organizing Training, Maintaining Training record, Evaluation of post training programme Preparation of ISO Documents as per the ISO Standard 9001:2015 interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & Create and implement effective onboarding plans Issuing Letter of Offer, Appointment Letter to the selected candidate Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents. Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees' Documents Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee Positive & proactive attitude towards work Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times. To maintain Register - As per Factory Act - 1947
Relevant Skillset and Experience:

Min. 5-10 years in manufacturing industry. Should be proficient in English language written and verbal communication with strong letter drafting skills, MBA/Masters degree in HR.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
