Role & Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end

payroll processing

-- ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, deductions, bonuses, reimbursements and monthly payroll closing. Track

employee attendance and leave

, maintain leave records, verify attendance data, and handle leave approvals, balances, and leave-related reporting. Maintain and update employee records, HR database/HRIS, attendance logs, leave records, salary records and statutory compliance documentation. Serve as point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, leave, attendance, benefits, and HR policies. Support onboarding of new hires and exit formalities, ensuring all HR documentation is completed accurately.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration 2+ years of experience in HR operations covering payroll, attendance, leave and labour compliance -- ideally in manufacturing/industrial sector. Using MS Excel, MS Office, and comfort with HR software / HRIS systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
