Conduct performance reviews and support training initiatives.
Ensure smooth HR operations and support management in workforce planning.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
5+ years of HR experience with strong knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS systems.
