Our focus is on operational excellence, strong HR process implementation and continuous employee development.
1. Position Overview
The HR Manager will oversee the complete employee lifecycle--from recruitment, selection, onboarding, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and performance management to employee engagement and exit formalities. The role requires strong knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, labor laws and KRA/KPI development for performance evaluation.
2. Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Selection
Plan manpower requirements with respective Heads of Department.
Create & post job advertisements on social platforms/job portals.
Handle CV screening, interviews, and selection procedures.
Prepare and issue offer, appointment, probation, confirmation, and transfer letters.
Conduct pre-employment reference checks and background verification.
B. Onboarding & Induction
Complete joining formalities as per company policy.
Introduce company HR policies, discipline codes, and SOPs.
Coordinate ID card, email creation, work desk, and system allocation.
Conduct employee induction/orientation program.
C. Payroll & Salary Management
Gather attendance and leave data monthly.
Process salary according to company salary structure.
Maintain deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.), overtime, incentives, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement.
Address salary-related employee queries in a timely manner.
D. Statutory Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, etc.
Maintain employee records and HR database.
Submit statutory returns and renew necessary licenses periodically.
E. HR Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Prepare and update policy changes in discussion with top management.
Manage disciplinary actions, warnings, and employee grievance redressal.
F. Performance Management - KRA/KPI
Develop and implement
KRA/KPI formats for all departments
in coordination with respective Heads.
Support employees and managers in understanding KRAs/KPIs.
Monitor performance evaluation on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Suggest improvements based on performance metrics.
G. Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture
Plan and conduct
employee engagement programs
(Festivals, Birthdays, Team-building events).
Conduct feedback programs, suggestion schemes, motivation sessions.
Promote positive work culture, discipline, and teamwork.
H. Training & Development
Identify training needs through performance analysis and discussion with management.
Arrange internal/external training programs.
Maintain T&D records and measure training effectiveness.
I. Exit & Full & Final Settlement
Schedule exit interviews, prepare F&F settlement.
Coordinate with relevant department for clearance.
Release relieving letter, experience certificate.
3. Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years (manufacturing sector preferred)
Salary Range: ?30,000 to ?45,000 per month (based on experience & performance in interview)
Technical Knowledge:
HRMS software, Excel, Payroll, Statutory laws, KRA/KPI framework, SOP/KPI development
