Role Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for executing key Human Resources functions, focusing on talent acquisition, employee retention, performance support, and maintaining positive employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling both routine administrative tasks and core HR responsibilities to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for junior to mid-level positions.
Source candidates using various job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist in planning and executing
employee engagement activities
(e.g., team-building, festive celebrations, employee recognition programs).
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management (Support)
Assist in the rollout and tracking of the
Performance Management System (PMS)
cycle.
Ensure timely submission of performance reviews and documentation from managers and employees.
Compensation, Benefits, and Salary Management
Prepare monthly
salary inputs
and coordinate with the finance department/payroll vendor.
Assist in managing employee leaves, attendance data, and ensuring accurate calculation for payroll processing (
Time Management
).
Maintain accurate employee records in the
Human Resource Management (HRM)
system.
Employee Relations (ER) & Compliance
Handle basic employee grievance resolution under the supervision of senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and assist in drafting/updating HR policies.
Administration & Operations
Manage basic HR and office
administrative tasks
as needed.
Assist in preparing the draft
operations budget
for HR activities and tracking expenses.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with an HRIS/HRM system is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Gujarati is preferred).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
