Human Resources Responsibilities



Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities. Draft HR letters: Offer, Appointment, Experience letters, etc. Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance & leave data. Organize training sessions & employee engagement activities. Maintain HR documentation and ensure policy compliance. Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work environment.

Administrative Responsibilities



Handle office administration tasks: stationery, housekeeping & vendor management. Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth daily operations. Manage office communications, emails, and documentation. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Manage meeting schedules, travel bookings, and basic office support tasks. Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with safety protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,733.27 - ?56,232.75 per month
