Manage the complete recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews).
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Maintain attendance records, payroll data, and HR files.
Address employee queries and provide HR support.
Implement and monitor HR policies and company rules.
Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Manage exit process including exit interviews and relieving formalities.
Eligibility:
Graduate or MBA in HR (preferred).
Freshers or 1-3 years of experience (customize as needed).
Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
Responsible, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
