Experience Required:

5+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in the GCC region

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal HR policies Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture Oversee payroll, benefits, and HRMS systems

Ideal Candidate:

Strong HR generalist background with leadership experience Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus Willing to relocate to Riyadh
